    Dr. Barr graduated magna cum laude from McNeese State University with a Bachlor of Science degree in Biology.  She then entered medical school at Louisiana State University, where she graduated in 2005.  She completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation in 2010.  During her residency, Barr completed an AO Trauma Fellowship with Dr. Christoph Sommer in Chur, Switzerland. 

    Upon completion of her residency training, she entered specialized training in orthopedic oncology at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital in Seattle, Washington. 

    Barr joined our practice as an assistant professor, specializing in orthopedic oncology in both pediatric and adult patients.
