Applications are accepted online only and are available between July 1 and the application deadline of each year. All application documents, including completed observation forms, all transcripts and the non-refundable $25 application fee must be received by the Office of Student Records and Registrar by Jan. 15.
Students are strongly encouraged to complete the application submission well before the deadline date whenever possible. Observation forms may be submitted by either the applicant or therapist to the address below. The plan of study should be completed indicating you will be taking prerequisite courses after the application deadline but immediately prior to enrollment (January-May) to the program. This form is found under a tab on the last page of the online application packet. Be sure to check the appropriate box on the form. Outstanding courses must be successfully completed or any contingency offer of acceptance will be forfeited. The application is not presented to the Occupational Therapy Admissions Committee until the Registrar at the University of Mississippi Medical Center receives it, and it is certified as complete.
