    The online/blended Doctor of Health Administration degree program will develop interprofessional leaders who will shape the direction of health care. By offering courses ranging from epidemiology to health marketing; health policy to strategic change management, graduates of this program will be prepared to assume leadership roles in academe, health care practice, or health care administration.

    The program is designed for those who currently serve in clinical, administrative, or faculty positions. The program is delivered in a cohort model - - a group of students start in the fall of year one and finish in the summer of year three as a group - - with students taking two online courses per semester. Students will come to campus four times during the program for two day meetings.

    The School of Health Related Professions (SHRP) will host an informational session on the Doctorate of Health Administration Program from 3-4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, in room SH134 in SHRP.

    The DHA program is a professional doctorate for administrator, clinicians, and educators.  The program uses a cohort model and is designed for, but not limited to, part-time nontraditional students. The program uses an online option as the primary method of course delivery.
