  • Non-Degree Seeking Students

    Applicants who wish to take graduate courses in the clinical health sciences, but do not desire to pursue a degree must complete all of the application items stated above. Non-degree seeking students also must secure a letter of permission from the director of the graduate program in clinical health science and be admitted as a non-degree seeking student by the Graduate Council.

    No applicant may enroll as a non-degree seeking student without being properly admitted as a non-degree seeking student and being notified by a letter of acceptance from the Office of Student Records and Registrar. Non-degree seeking students may take only nine semester hours while in status. Permission to take any course is dependent on the approval of the director of the graduate program in Clinical Health Science and the course instructor.

    A non-degree seeking student who desires admission to the graduate program as a degree seeking student must complete the entire admission process at the time she/he wishes to be admitted to the degree program.
