The ADA/Dentsply Student Clinician Award is given to one student each year to attend the ADA/Dentsply Student Clinician Research Program. They are also awarded a plaque on Awards Day.

The Hinman Student Research Symposium is a national meeting that features oral and poster presentations of research studies by dental students and graduate trainees from dental schools across North America. Dental students explore research career options at ADAF conference

Gaithersburg, Md.—The ADA Foundation's Paffenbarger Research Center hosted 48 dental students April 21-23, 2013 for the 49th Annual Dental Students' Conference on Research. Students from across the U.S. and Canada attend the conference each year to network with dental researchers and scientists and to learn about wide-ranging career options in oral health research. The students also participate in poster presentations.
