MASSEC Rules

• All training activities must be scheduled and approved by MASSEC.
• Training must be conducted by an instructor trained/oriented on MASSEC equipment, teaching, debriefing and evaluation processes prior to the training event.
• Any UMMC faculty can become an instructor with less than an hour of instructor orientation.
• An MASSEC staff member must be present at each training session.
• MASSEC property (equipments or supplies) must not be removed from MASSEC locations without prior written authorization from the director.
• Grievances/complaints concerning MASSEC must be brought first to the attention of the director or associate director.
