The University of Mississippi School of Nursing Education Program is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Mississippi Nurses Foundation, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Mission
The goal of the continuing education program of the School of Nursing is to support and augment all programs of the school and fulfill the school's nursing continuing education mission by advancing the professional development of faculty, staff, students, and the community (local, state and the tri-state region).
The University of Mississippi Medical Center and the division of Continuing Health Professional Education will offer a series of (five) one hour sessions on “Prescribing Medication” to meet the New Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure Regulation.
