  • Distribution of Pay Information and Department Envelopes

    On Friday biweekly pay dates, those employees who have enrolled in the electronic receipt of their direct deposit information will have their time available to them through Employee Self-Service at 12:01 a.m. on pay day. These forms can be acessed and printed at any time and are stored in self service.

    For those employees wishing to receive a printed pay advice, those advices are grouped in envelopes per user level and may be picked up in the Payroll Office by the department's administrator or another designated person. New employees and terminated employees will have printed direct deposit forms.  The department administrator will distribute these forms and mail the forms to terminated employees.

    All employees are strongly encouraged to enroll in the electronic receipt of their pay stubs and W2s.
