We welcome you to the UMMC team. Understanding that as an incoming House Officer you have a great many things to manage, this section of the Human Resources website was created to assist in guiding you through the onboarding process.
Please follow the link below for important information regarding the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Process.
The links provided here allow you to not only complete and view the necessary benefits forms, but you may also view the presentation titled 2015 House Officer Benefits Orientation. There is a great deal of important and valuable information in the presentation, and it is required that each incoming house officer take the time to view it.
Please submit all required paperwork via e-mail as soon as possible to allow us maximum time for processing due to the volume of new house officers all starting at the same time.
The benefits enrollment process must be completed no later than July 27, 2015. Any actions made to complete the benefits enrollment process after that date will not be accepted
Any changes required after the above date with no applicable qualifying event must wait until Open Enrollment 2015, which is held during the month of October. Any changes made during open enrollment will go into effect Jan. 1, 2016.
All requisite benefit forms are fully digitized and may be completed using a digital signature. Please review this presentation for additional information regarding the creation of a digital ID and submitting the forms electronically. All forms should be saved to your computer and attached to an email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org (Amy McIntosh) with NEW HOUSE OFFICER in the subject line.
