The University of Mississippi Medical Center's Campus Police Department is aware that an environment is not entirely crime-free, therefore crime prevention and safety classes are offered to UMMC employees and students. Upon request, Campus Police will provide security education on any security-related topic. Whether you are requesting a class in self-defense or theft prevention, Campus Police will customize a course to fit your needs. To request a crime prevention or safety class, contact Capt.
